Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is almost like a 4-star, very spacious, and met my standards, although it was freezing in the standard room. The service was super helpful, nice, and friendly, but they refused to give us a second card to enter the room and wanted to clean quite early, even making pressure for you to leave. The location is excellent, right in the center of Palermo, with many food and bar options around, recommended if you are a deep sleeper. The dining was mediocre with good pastry and terrible coffee. The facilities were basic.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On one hand, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which added a lot of value to the stay. However, the constant noise from the service entrance made it hard to get a good night's rest. The rooms were unfortunately old, unclean, and dusty, which was disappointing.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to all the attractions and nestled on a quiet little street. The rooms are decent but have a bit of a dated feel and are situated right over the back service entrance of the hotel. The service is a mix - quick to resolve issues but inconsistent between day and night staff. The dining could use improvement with limited options, although the homemade ice-cream was a highlight. Overall, it's a good choice for sightseeing but may not meet high expectations.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the beach, but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The service was friendly and helpful, but the unprofessional attitude of some staff members was disappointing. The dining was decent, but there is room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel's location is convenient for exploring Palermo, near the main attractions and with easy access to the beach. Despite some issues with room maintenance, it provides a comfortable stay for families.
